Counselling & Therapy

Supporting Young People and Parents.

I have experience working with young people in educational settings and understand the importance of providing a space where they can share their thoughts and feelings openly. Having the opportunity to talk and be truly listened to in a safe and supportive environment can make a significant difference.

This sense of safety allows young people to explore their thoughts, test their feelings, and express anxieties without the fear of letting loved ones down or upsetting those around them.

Supporting Young People and Parents

Exploring Anxiety and How It Affects You.

If you are feeling anxious about going to school, but are not entirely sure why, these feelings can quickly become overwhelming. Anxiety can leave you feeling exhausted, lacking in motivation, and unsure how to cope. Through therapy, we can begin to gently explore and understand these feelings. We can also look at how anxiety works in the body—how it is designed to keep us safe but sometimes becomes overactive.

An approach shaped around you.

I offer a safe and confidential space where you can express what you are experiencing.

Together, we can work to understand your feelings and develop practical strategies that help you manage anxiety, build confidence, and regain a sense of control.
